I am excited! I've been working towards another promotion and their website says that I've qualified for the $500 MasterCard Gift Card and that it will be shipping it soon. (Read more) Unfortunately, I did have to spend more this time since they been raising the number of required offers. This time, I had to do eight offers. Before, I think it used to be six. However, my costs are much lower than $500.
To get the gift card, I've spent about $197.17. This total is also after a couple money back guarantees I haven't received yet though, so we'll see. The total could be as high as $282.11. Included in the $161.27 are two expensive offers: 12 bottles of wine for $136.90 total and $35.90 for two more bottles of wine. The reason for these is I figured I might as well get something I'd actually enjoy. Also, I actually did nine offers, as one offer hadn't been approved after a few weeks.
Not included in the total is another credit card offer. This time, I got a Discover card on which I'm performing a 0% APR balance transfer, so that will make up for most of the cash outlay after a year of accruing interest.
The same recommendations hold for this one as others. Go to the last page first. Do those offers first and then work your way backwards. Make sure you keep track of everything. Keep copious notes. And, don't do this with money you don't mind losing. You never know when the well might run completely dry.
